After the taking over of the production locations in Dusseldorf and Gelsenkirchen, our original sales department in Hamm-Rhynern was established as administrative department. Our staff in Hamm is occupied with the rolling stock industry and the production of small amounts of gloss paints. In 2002, the ancient gloss paint factory „Diedrichs“ became the first production location of Walter Maeder Aqualack GmbH in Germany. The unusual location of this settlement – in the middle of a residential area and next to the university hospitals – turns this settlement into a special feature. In 2007, our company bought the plant of the SIKA Korrosionsschutz (=SIKA corrosion prevention) in Gelsenkirchen. In the newest branch of our company, our staff deals with the Ductile iron pipes coating sector. Moreover we produce gloss paint in big amounts.
